They did 2 EICR checks, but unfortunately I had to wait 11 working days for the reports and then, to make matters worst, one report had another properties consumerboard details, not mine! I needed the reports to get alternative quotes, 11 day delay didn't give me much time to get better quotes. Communications were poor and lacked detail."
