"I am dissatisfied with the services of Kwik Call Plumbing & Heating. I have called them for an initial issue with my boiler and after they visited for 3 times to repair the issue, a new issue popped up just after. I have spend £400 on the services and they wanted me to spend £185 on yet another issue. Upon expressing my disappointment, they simply told them they could explain me why these are all separate issues and offered no willingness to consider that they could have done a better job throughout. I do not recommend others to use them."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. They came out to look at my boiler at the beginning of the month but were here for barely 10 minutes and I have paid 68.60£. I specifically asked them to check if there were any issues with the boiler or radiators, and they assured me that everything was fine. Clearly, it isn’t — I now have brown water coming from the boiler, and I’ve been left with no hot water or heating. This is completely unacceptable, especially as I have a 5-month-old baby at home. The lack of proper inspection is appalling, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. They have called me today to say I have to pay another money for visit and inspection, which I said I won’t do that. How you can you reassure customers that everything is fine and later on the same month boiler is leaking."
