"I'm so, so, so happy with my clean! I had an initial clean and the girls did an amazing job. It looks, feels and smells amazing in here! They worked so hard, I can't believe how much they got done in the time they were here! I shed a tear when I saw it, I'm so grateful I can't put it in to words! The process of starting up is straight forward, emails are replied to quickly, they provide a taylored price based on the size of your property, you can make adjustments if you want to aswell. "I needed to have some urgent help having been deserted by removal people I had engaged who left me with a considerable amount of unpacking which I had been led to believe would be carried out by them. I am both elderly and disabled. Ladybirds sent along an absolutely charming young person who was like a little human dynamo. She worked at such speed and with such efficiency and the backup from the admin people was faultless. "I have used this cleaning company for over 8 years for laundry; the wash and iron is always completed within 2 days, and the ironed shirts, trousers etc presented on hangars and bed linen, tablecloths etc very well ironed. 4 years ago I started using them for house cleaning after an accident which prevented me from doing this myself. 3 ladies now come once a fortnight and do a very good job, especially bathrooms and kitchen. This week I had an oven cleaned, which needed quite a lot of hard graft, as it hadn't been done professionally before. I am very pleased with the result. Most important: The cleaners are friendly helpful and efficient, as are the shop and office staff."
