Lakeside Windows

"I had 14 new windows, 3 new doors and patio doors from Lakeside but I would not recommend them. The seals had come away and it took months and many calls and emails to get it sorted. Front door had white spots inside the double glazing so couldn't be cleaned/removed, the replacements they sent were the wrong size so had a longer wait. The patio doors have had to be readjusted 3 times, twice they wouldn't lock and once they wouldn't even close let alone lock!! It has happened twice on a weekend, they aren't open on weekends so you are stuck in as it's a security risk to leave with your home not secure. Very poor after sales service. Please do your research before making such a big purchase."

"We have used Lakeside Windows for at least 15years in our own home and properties that we have renovated. We have found their representative Darren first class and extremely knowledgeable and professional and the same goes for their fitters. Would highly recommend."

"Lakeside have recently provided our home with all new windows and doors, our home feels brand new as our old windows and doors were very old and suffered terrible condensation. The team were great, Darren was very knowledgeable and give great advice. Pete fitted the whole house in 3 days, any problems were rectified quickly. Highly recommended"

"Fabulous job! Highly recommend. Great quality and great workmanship. Both doors done in one day."

"I had a black porch with a black front built through Hendon’s Home improvements Ltd back in 2018. The supplier of the materials was Lakeside Windows. We started having problems with the door back in 2021 which i reported to HHI Ltd. The door wouldn’t close or open. One gentleman who had come to service my washing machine had to go out the back way as we couldn’t open the door. Another gentleman who had come to fit blinds had to help me to try and close the door. The black on the porch has faded massively and the door has lots of chips in it. At no time has Scott come to look at the door despite me contacting him lots of times. He did actually send someone once to clean the door with WD40 because his van was off the road !!! Turns out the man was from Lakeside Windows so they are aware of the problems but are denying any responsibility as they say it’s out of warranty. This was back in 2021 so it was in warranty then. Please don’t purchase any thing from either of these companies. The black windows I purchased from Siesta windows are fantastic with no issues at all. They were fitted within a few months of each other."
