"Called Leak Detection Services NI to locate a leak in my heating system. They arrived as scheduled and within 30 seconds had confirmed where the leak was coming from. They recommended having a plumber replace the part and didn’t charge me for their time! To add an even better service the plumber they recommended called me which is a first. A honest and reliable company and would highly recommend using them for any leak issues."

"I was disappointed only with the pricing which was not clarified up front. No problem at all with the service. No new leaks were detected thankfully. The two guys were here 30 minutes tops and I was invoiced for £360. I suggested that I felt £70 say for a call out and a total of £100 (for 2 x 30 mins work) even rounding it up to £200 was a fair price. This was not accepted and candidly I felt ripped off. Oldest rule in the book as advice for anyone using these folks, GET A PRICE FIRST !!"

Very professional, turned up on time with all their equipment and located the leak very quickly. Unfortunately for me, lots of water damage under the floor due to the leak but they gave me advice on how to proceed and whom I should get in contact with. They even returned to my house when my boiler wouldn’t fire back up after being switched off for a week which I was so grateful for. They were so pleasant and very easy to deal with.
