"I am so glad I gave this company a chance. What swayed it for me was the Google reviews i had read about what nice people they are. I'm leaving another great review in the hope that other people find it useful too. For a young company I was sceptical I won't lie, but there were a lot of things that they did that made this process very easy for me. Firstly, they didn't need me to take time off to wait in for them to do a 'home assessment ' before they could quote me. It was so easy it was after work all done over text and all I did was send pictures and they were able to quote me. There followed a lot of follow up phone calls which normally would have annoyed me but given that when you're moving house you have so so many things in your brain I was actually glad for someone keeping on at me to get it sorted and booked. They made it easy to stay flexible about moving date, deposits were paid via professional payment link and communication was excellent. I appreciated being contacted a few days before and the night before with eta for the removal team and also a message in the morning that they were on the way. That was very reassuring. In arrival the team were professional but very very nice. Infact id go so far as to say they were impressively respectable and very amiable young men. They were polite, kind and couldn't have done more to help. I trusted them implicitly and they worked so very hard. This is not a 'man with a van' service they are a professional removal outfit. Their price was competitive and they earned every penny. I really would encourage people to help this new business in becoming successful, they deserve it."

She asked all the right questions about what needed to be moved, gave me a fair and affordable quote, and kept in touch throughout the process with clear updates and reconfirmations. She even kindly rescheduled the move an hour later due to a change in my circumstances honestly a small gesture that meant a lot during such a stressful time. Having someone so organised and responsive made the whole experience feel effortless. On moving day, the team arrived promptly and worked with incredible efficiency and care.
