They noted there was multiple cracks in the pipe and sent me a quote for further works, which I accepted after gaining comparison quotes from other companies. Amazing customer service and quick turnaround. Definitely will be recommending!"

"**Unreliable, Overpriced, and Terrible Customer Service!** I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. The first engineer spent an hour diagnosing my blocked toilet, then claimed they needed to remove the entire toilet and bring buckets to drain the water before fixing it. They even charged me for an extra half hour despite not solving the problem. The second engineer came out of hours, which of course cost me more, and resolved the blockage in just 15 minutes with rodding – a basic fix that should have been done during the first visit. On top of that, they initially charged me for 1.5 hours even though the engineer only stayed 30 minutes. It was only after I complained that they reduced it to 1 hour. When I emailed to complain, I was told I had spoken to a director when making the booking. But when I asked to speak to him again, they rudely responded that “there’s nothing else to say” since I had already spoken with him. The dismissive response was appalling. This company failed to diagnose a simple issue, overcharged me, took advantage of out-of-hours rates, and had terrible customer service. I would never recommend them!"
