"Quite simply the best! Little Critters succeeded in dealing with a complex bed bug infestation in my sheltered accommodation, retirement flat, which two other firms failed to do over the past year. Enzo is a very skilled and experienced technician, who is meticulous in his analysis and diagnosis of the problems, in order to provide the most effective treatment plan. He listened to my concerns and anxieties with great empathy, and gave me the understanding and the confidence needed to manage the situation. I learned so much from him. He is outstandingly polite, calm and supporive, I found his generosity of spirit very reassuring. He obviously loves his job and helping elderly people in distress. Heart-felt thanks, Enzo. On every breeze a blessing."

"Enzo was super responsive, helpful and understanding. His calm definitely made the situation feel manageable. I would definitely recommend his services and would definitely call him again should we need it!"
