"Jen just came out to clean our chimney and was great. We had an issue with the draw on the flue which she quickly identified and sorted after cleaning the flue. Despite it taking a bit longer and needing a bit more attention she didn't charge any more that quoted too. Would be more than happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a chimney sweep and we will definitely use her again"
