The installation was booked for two weeks following us agreeing a design. The installation process itself was really impressive. "Thank you so much to John and his team!! I needed a full new heating system in the house I’d bought, with the old boiler and water tanks requiring removal and all new pipes fitted. Within a day the old equipment was out the house, and the new all fitted in place. And John even helped with ripping out the old bathroom - truly above and beyond service which I am super grateful for! "My boiler died on me and John was brilliant at keeping in touch to let me know when he could get a new one fitted. It was a bit of a complicated job because apparently the original flue hadn't been fitted according to regulations - but the 2 guys who fitted it all sorted everything out, drilling through the wall in a different place, filling in the original hole. My bathroom was left really clean, all rubbish was taken away. The boiler they fitted is a high spec, too. I'm really happy with the whole process and would highly recommend John and his team.
