LJ Symonds

"Our house has a flat roof that needed replacing, Lee and his team did a fantastic job. They turned up when they said they would and kept us well informed throughout the process, both through video updates as well as explaining the process and answered any questions we had. The whole team were polite and friendly. We were very impressed with how hard the team worked. they completed the job ahead of schedule. all rubbish was removed from the garden leaving the area tidy. was I would highly recommend them to anyone considering getting work done."

"Had a leaking chimney that was redundant. Lee & team took down chimney, replaced timbers & battens then tiled over. Lee fitted me in within a few days & i was quite fortunate he could fit me in so quick as he is very busy with other work. Alex & team completed Facia, soffits & guttering within a few days. Their work is real quality. The apex was replaced with white upvc with black virtical upvc stripes & really stands out. All the debris & rubbish was cleaned up & taken away before completion. I would highly recommend L J Symonds as not only is their work of very high standard but their price was also very competative. Thanks again. 👍"

"Lee is very thorough and knowledgeable and has a keen eye for detail. He works out solutions. He knows how to use his team for specific skills and they respond well to him. From installing the scaffolding , to stripping off the old roof and replacing it fully through rain and cold weather in only 3 days, plus professionally building a brand new lead tray for a problematic chimney, Lee and his team showed that they could do what other roofers could not , or would not even attempt. Whilst progressing with their work, they sent us videos that would capture the solutions they found and the quality of their work . All at comparable prices to other less skilled roofers. Highly recommend!"

"First time using LJ Symonds Roofing and was very pleased with the quality of the work. We have been suffering from ongoing mould/damp and problems with condensation. Lee popped around to take a look, his knowledge and expertise has potentially saved us a lot of money. We have had a number of soffit vents installed to help with ventilation in the attic. I wouldn’t hesitate to use LJ Symonds Roofing again or seek advice from Lee who’s very helpful"

"We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee and his team for any roofing work after having our roof stripped and re-tiled by them. Lee kept us up to date with his regular, informative videos as the work progressed which we greatly appreciated. There was no need for a snagging list as Lee and his team ensured everything was completed to a very high standard. We were really pleased with the work which was completed within time and within budget. The photos speak for themselves."
