"Michael was very professional throughout. The problem was a bit trickier than we first thought but Michael sorted it out quickly and the price was transparent and we thought very reasonable. It was easy to communicate and book an appointment, and would highly recommend."

"Excellent service. They responded quickly and resolved the toilet blockage efficiently. The engineer was professional, explained the issue clearly, and worked in a very organised and effective way. "Turned to London Drains recently for a recurring issue with our draining system. They were quick to respond, competitively priced, but most importantly, available to come out quickly! Michael was friendly, respectful and professional. He was thorough and offered guidance on how to try and prevent problems for recurring in future. He seemed more than happy to give advice on how to properly maintain our drainage system. Michael and team provided an honest, earnest service that resolved my issues quickly. I would happily recommend him and his company based on my experience with them."

"Absolutely Fantastic Service from Michael and the team. A challenging city centre project wasn’t an issue for them, they unblocked a series of complex drain runs and then dealt with the horizontal legs that were buried in the main Plant Room amid a sea of AHU’s and other building pipe work.. Great Service and they got the job done with great communications throughout the day whilst onsite.. Top work, well done chaps ..👍"
