"Very arrogant individual on the phone. Previous engineer reassured that the next follow up visit will be after 1pm Engineer arrived at 12:20pm and left as no was at home. Clearly this company can’t follow simple instructions."

"Absolutely poor service. Unprofessional and rude officer. Comes in an unmarked vehicle. The preparation listed on the email was done. Unfortunately he comes in and searches inside boiler cupboard situated on the landing, and large shoe rack on the landing. Landing and boiler cupboard being emptied was not on the list. kitchen, bathroom and both cars were filled with items. Basically had no more storage spaces for shoe rack. Treatment stated 3 bedrooms and 1 living space. When asked by family member literally no more space should we put it on our heads. He replied yes put them on your head. This could have been addressed more appropriately by the professional. Did not acknowledge the effort carried out."

"I’ve had a very disappointing experience with London Network for Pest Solutions Ltd. Despite multiple paid visits, the rodent issue at my property is still ongoing. I recently discovered a mouse in my bedroom — extremely distressing, especially as I’m currently on maternity leave with a 10-month-old baby at home. All traps and bait boxes — including ones I purchased myself — were removed without my consent, despite my clear objection. As the legal homeowner, I found this completely disrespectful. They do not assist with proofing, which is essential for a long-term solution. I paid for a service that has not solved the problem and was charged while on maternity leave — making this experience even more disappointing. What’s particularly troubling is that this company operates in partnership with Newham Council, which should ensure a higher standard of service and care for residents. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case. I cannot recommend this company and believe a refund is warranted if they cannot resolve the issue."
