Customer Reviews
"Excellent professional service and communication, I would highly recommend Adam and his team. Luxe Damp Proofing took on a complicated job involving damp proofing floors and walls, levelling and laying a new floor that several other building firms had walked away from saying they didn’t have the necessary skills or experience. Very happy with the result. Thank you😊"
"We needed a damp survey for our mortgage provider, and Adam came out to complete a full timber and damp inspection. He was professional, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. We received the detailed report within 5 days, and it covered everything we needed and more. Excellent service from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Would 100% recommend!"
"I recently used Luxe Dakp Proofing for a damp survey, and I was really impressed with the service. They were efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth from start to finish! communication was clear, the inspection was thorough, and I received the report quickly. Adam explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and gave practical advice without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable damp surveyor."
"Adam conducted a thorough damp survey and took the time to walk me through each step, clearly explaining the issues he identified. The quality of the work was outstanding—10/10. Everything was left clean and tidy upon completion. I would highly recommend their services without hesitation."
"5 Stars – Highly Recommended I had damp issues in my basement for years, and Luxe Damp Proofing was the first company to provide a lasting solution. From the initial consultation to the completion of the work, they were professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. The work was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. Since the treatment, I haven't had any damp problems at all. I’m really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Luxe Damp Proofing to anyone dealing with similar issues."
