Customer Reviews
"Mac and his team did a great job repairing a leak in our flat roof, working under tough conditions: a heatwave, road closures, and a very difficult flat to get through, with narrow hallways and steep stairs. The terrible weather delayed the start of the work, but Mac was very communicative throughout the whole process, from the initial estimate through the swift completion of the job. The team was friendly, polite, and extremely tidy, and the before and after pictures of the work were really appreciated. If we ever need more roofwork, we'll call Mac!"
"I am happy to recommend Mac Marchant and his team, for the high quality and professional works they have carried out. Mac has helped out twice now and each time, it has been excellent work. The communication is great, the photos excellent and peace of mind. I found Mac on the Trading Standards Approved list."
"All the way from quote to invoice the communication was superb. There was a very clear description with photos / drawings of the work proposed, and before and after photos to show the completion of the work. The work was carried out in a professional manner and it looks very robust. We're hoping it finally solves the problem!"
"Mac did a brilliant job of removing our back chimney and replacing the area where it was with tiles that matched the tiles already nearby. He's also done a great job of fixing the leak in our front chimney. He was very professional throughout, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others."
"Mac repaired our roof early in 2021. The quote provided by Mac was well explained and reasonable, helping us navigate a structural survey with clarity and confidence. He and his team were excellent throughout the project. The scaffold was put up when we expected with good communication throughout. The works were carried out as soon as it was possible given the weather and any Covid-19 related issues. They left everything neat and tidy and we have before and after pictures of the jobs carried out. I would definitely recommend them."
