Customer Reviews
"Excellent shop, friendly and professional sraff, spotless toilet"
"Always great service, especially from Richard at the counter, other places make out their doing you a favour serving you"
"Yes needed dry verge. Responsibly priced and staff was very helpful. Brought the order out to my car with forklift. Have used their Eglinton branch before. Would recommend them for DIY."
"Generally reasonable prices, seems to have good stock levels. At busy times it can be difficult to park. Handy place to get all you need building supplies. Seems to be a reasonable team running the place."
"Disengaged staff not very helpful at all Thankyou for your response I appreciate your time, we went to look for patio slabs etc one guy said to go inside and ask about what was available, the guy inside said to speak to the guy outside, just seemed like they couldn't be bothered, I appreciate you are a busy place at the trench Road branch but a good customer service is always appreciated a bad is remembered and puts you off retuning. I'm sure as a company it is not what you aim for, I feel sure their probably used more to dealing with trade people, as a person that is not in trade and looking for proper advise on purchasing they could maybe take that into account when dealing with the everyday customer that needs their expertise."
