"We recently had Mark undertake repairs to the roof of our Victorian terraced house - including lead work on a bay window. Mark is an excellent communicator, this was clear when he came out to assess the roof and what was needed, using a drone plus getting actual ladders out and conducting a thorough inspection. Mark explained the options to us and the costs for the various levels of repair. He followed this up with written quotation. The work was completed to a high standard and as scheduled, Mark explained what he was doing and how it was progressing as he went along, so there were no surprises. The lead work on the bay window is especially lovely. Mark is very personable and was a pleasure to chat to, likewise his occasional teammate Dan. Both worked very hard in some rough weather to make sure they got the job done. I would reach out to Mark again for all things roofing and therefore would happily recommend him to others."
