MawsonKerr Architects

"The team at Mawson Kerr were a brilliant partner on our house build / barn conversion in Cumbria. They guided us through the planning process, listening to our ideas and designing something we could never have realised ourselves. They submitted a very comprehensive application and ended up finding us a brilliant builder. They were then with us the whole way through the build making monthly site visits and always available either on the phone or email. We love the home we've built together and are indebted to them for their patience and skill. Their sustainability experience and connections with councils and suppliers was valuable to us and they work confidently with modern construction methods. We had a strong idea of what we wanted going into this but many of the details we now enjoy the most in the finished house are ones we'd not considered but MK realised in a lovely way. They built a great working relationship us and with our builder Ian Saint and we would work with them again in a heartbeat."

"Will and his team have always done a fantastic job for us on all of development projects. MawsonKerr's ability to design within our developers brief has resulted in some fantastic schemes being produced. Highly recommended."

"What a pleasure it has been to work with MawsonKerr - from the design stage through to the completed building. Our award-winning bespoke Music Centre is a tribute to their hard work, dedication and imagination. Our building gives joy and inspiration to everyone who walks through the door."

"Will and Nita have gone above and beyond our expectations in the design of our home, we took on an old 50s Dutch bungalow and it now looks like a different house, the transformation is incredible, they were available for advice along the way during construction. I felt very confident in the design as soon as it was presented to us. They listened to our wish list and delivered. Both extremely patient as it took some time to start because of Covid. Thank you both, I’d have no hesitation recommending Mawson Kerr. Not your average! Thank you"

"I have had the fortune to work with Mawson Kerr on a few occasions. Their professionalism and desire to deliver for their clients is unmatched. Complex, challenging projects are their forte and their willingness to embrace sustainable methods of construction sets them apart. Could not recommend them highly enough."
