My cold bathroom tap low pressure problem sorted. Job done. This is not the first time either. A previous company had refused me a boiler check as it was located at the top of a flight of stairs. Rod Dennis said this would not be an issue and, now, carries out my annual boiler check with minimal fuss and super efficiency.
