"Used MDB Heating (Martin and his son) for a significant job installing a new system boiler, Megaflo cylinder, pipework including new extension pipework and converting the existing combi pipework to work with the new setup. Hard-working pair who got on with it without fuss, communicated clearly throughout, and were upfront about any issues they found rather than quietly papering over them. Offered genuinely useful advice during the install and after to make sure new system is operating exactly as expected. Exactly what you want from a heating engineer — no drama, no surprises, quality work. Highly recommended."

"We had several issues with the company we had booked to use and were losing hope that we could get the work done quickly, which was worrying with a young baby. When they arrived, they told us exactly what we needed, quickly sorted the equipment and booked in the installation. We really appreciated several small things, including their punctuality, communication and respect; bringing flooring covers as we were worried about our new carpet. There were some unknown issues with the system but, despite needing to come back several more times to get the job done, they persevered and never asked for any more money, which I thought was incredibly honourable.
