"Great service and Mark is brilliant. We had a slight problem with a door after fitting and I called Mark and he came out in less than 30 minutes - you don't get service like that at all! Great service, no pushy sales etc and the fitter who did ours said that Mark was a great person to work for. He creates his own windows and doors too so he could even tailor the door style as to what we wanted. It also means he's not using a supplier and then adding margin in there as he makes his own products. Great quality too."

"MDT windows is absolutely the business you need to have in your phone for windows. I have used them for 15 years for bits and bobs work eg a front door, a window replacement etc on the properties i have had both my home and fixer uppers. Mark and his team are excellent, great value for money and do an excellent quality. They most recently came and replaced 2 windows on the flat above my shop, incredibly tricky access. The workman spent the time pointing the windows in externally in an awkward place and left everything neat and tidy. I just need my bill!please!thanks again!"

"I’m so pleased with my windows and have had lots of compliments and enquiries about MDT . The quality is excellent. The fitters were careful with the decor and worked efficiently. I previously had a bay and the brackets were mounted on original decorative stone and I was concerned that I may have to have some sort of replacement . You cannot tell where the brackets were which saved me a lot of money. I highly recommend"

"Really recommend MDT. I've just had all the windows in my house and the front door in my house replaced (single glazed wood for double glazed pvc and they've done an excellent job. I got rid of most of our stained glass but did get one large hall stained glass window replicated in upvc and I was really super impressed (see pic). The whole house is transformed - a significant upgrade. I heard that it is the fitters that is the most important part of window replacement and they were really good, always on time and considerate. Oh - and at a really good price too!"

"MDT completed replacement of an aged sliding patio door with bespoke French doors for me yesterday. Extremely happy with the outcome and the whole process (see photos). I was very impressed with the punctual, friendly and competent workmen that completed the works - it only took a total of two hours from arrival to completion. After getting five other quotes from both local and national suppliers, MDT were the most competitive, with other suppliers (including Anglian) initially quoting extremely high and then gradually reducing their quotes. MDT didn’t bother with these sales tactics at all and gave an honest and simple quote from the get go. Note that Anglian’s best and final quote was nowhere near close to matching MDT’s, even after several rounds of back and forth with them offering ‘special discounts’ and promising to quote match. Mark (the owner I believe) came and measured up the next day after requesting a quote through their website and provided the quote the day after this. A turnaround period of 6 weeks from instruction to installation was predicted; however, this was actually slightly shorter, being 5 weeks and 1 day. Mark phoned me the day before to see if they could come and install the French doors the following morning. This suited me perfectly and I image that a slot had opened in the diary which allowed an earlier than planned installation. Although this short notice may cause difficulties for some people, I didn’t feel pressured to accept this slot and I’m sure that if I had said no, it would’ve been easy to organise another slot over the following days/weeks. As can been seen from the external before and after photos, the replacement French doors also lowered the step to the outside by removing one course of brickwork that the original sliding doors were bearing onto. This was suggested by Mark, without me prompting, and something that I hadn’t considered prior. This actually makes the opening a lot nicer and safer to walk through and I’m grateful for his suggestion - the other quotes did not suggest doing this! Helen from their office emailed the day after installation to enquire if I was happy with the works and with the invoice. Whilst the works are newly installed, I’m sure if any snagging issues/defects arise that MDT, based on my experience so far, will be responsive and fix the issues promptly. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish. There were no further marketing emails, or sales ploys, just straight forward professionalism. I definitely recommend MDT and will be returning for quotes for other windows and doors when it comes to needing replacements."
