Our (not insignificant) job was something of an 'emergency' and Metcalfe's met the challenge of not just time- pressured but creating and completing a workable, affordable and appropriate solution. The finished project was completed before estimated time (and at not the easiest time of year - November), to a high standard and the area left neat and tidy as if they had never been there. "Phoned up and asked for a quote to move a shed down the garden. They asked me to send photos over to them which I immediately did. Then didn’t hear from them for three weeks. Called yesterday and the chap apologised for not getting back with a price and promised it would be sent over by the end of the day. Guess what …….? No price and now , despite multiple attempts to call , no response. Wish I could give an honest review of their work but for obvious reasons I can’t. I will use another company."

On each occasion, Metcalfe's came the next day - one of those being a Saturday - to secure/rebuild the fence until they can schedule to replace the whole lot. They couldn't have been more helpful.
