Midland Digital Installations Ltd

"Very disappointing experience. Would not like recommend. Callum was pleasant enough but every thing seemed rushed. Communication issues at the beginning but we're sorted. Problem diagnosed and was told Toni would liaise with the manager of flats. That isn't the case. Excessive call out and felt uncomfortable when Callum was leaving, wouldn't leave with out a BACS transfer. Felt like s bailiff and quite frankly, thought was a bit shoddy. Would never use again."

"I had TV wall mounted including chasing Freesat and power cables into wall, double socket for TV and soundbar and 2x HDMI cables with brush socket. Great commuication. Punctual. Paul and Luke, thanks for an outstanding job."

"Fantastic service from Midland Digital! They came out to fit my aerial and did a brilliant job — quick, efficient, and really professional from start to finish. Everything was set up perfectly and works great. Would definitely recommend Midland Digital to anyone needing aerial or TV services."

"First class service from the initial call through to completion. No hidden costs and up front quote. The engineer, Paul, was personable and extremely professional. Not only did he service my security alarm system he also diagnosed and rectified a problem I had with dead aerial sockets. Great customer service and competitively priced. Would use again and recommend to family and friends."

"Booked these guys to come and fit a 75" TV and 40" TV one day after moving in to my new house. Not only was the service from the lady in the office who took the booking absolutely excellent, the gents on the day were superb. There were a couple of quirks in the placement of the TVs that i hadn't anticipated, being a new house, and they cracked on regardless and recommended a couple of workarounds including drilling through a good foot or so of brickwork! A couple of hours later i had my TVs up, a really smart finish, everything tidied up and a happy customer. Very easy to recommend."
