"Mike arrived on Friday 15th of August 2025 to rip out our entire bathroom, four days later than planned, we accepted his explanation. Text message received from Mike at 21.23 on same to say he had serious problems at home so he was cancelling all jobs for the forseable future. We believed and sympathised , even paying for the days work by bank transfer because we are decent people. I asked Mike if he could recommend another plumber, he said no. I rang and tx many plumbers. My husband has serious life limiting health problems. He's 73 years and there is nothing that can be done for his health problems.We don't have the luxury of onsuite bath or shower. We have a small cloakroom and we will have to deal with the mess we have been left with. Today Monday 18th of August we are less sympathetic as we have became aware that Mike was working on another job. Avoid at all costs or you may be the next victim."

"Mike has just finished a new bathroom install at my property. Due to lockdown I had to wait a while to get him on site, but once here he has been fantastic. I purchased everything as that's how i wanted it. Mike was paid to install the parts I had already purchased inc tiles. The workmanship and attention to detail is evident to see.
