"I paid £90 expecting a professional solution to get rid of ants. What did I get? A quick 5-minute spray around the skirting boards (something I could have bought for £5 and done myself) and the only "advice" I was given was to go out and buy "ant pots" myself. That was it. It’s clear they did absolutely nothing to target the actual problem. Anyone with basic knowledge knows surface sprays only kill the workers you see - they do nothing to reach the nest or the queen, who is still alive and laying eggs. The colony is untouched, and they will definitely be back as soon as the spray wears off. I paid for a professional service, yet I was left to buy my own products and figure it out myself. This was lazy, low-effort work and completely misleading. Do not waste your money. They offer zero value and don’t actually solve the issue. Avoid at all costs."

"Very poor customer service. Went with them initially for 3 visits and then any additional visit would be charged at a separate rate after. Requested additional visit and wanting to charge for 3 visits again. Couldn’t get job done first time and try to rip you off. Definitely recommend to find someone else."
