"Michael Robinson is our favourite Geordie plumber: He's polite, caring and does a great job at the best price possible! My 82-yr old Mam lives in Newcastle and I'll be honest, she usually doesn't trust tradespeople. Yet she calls Michael an "Angel" and is impressed at how seriously he takes his job, understanding when something is urgent. For example, she recently had a boiler leak and Michael came over to fix it ASAP. And even though the job took longer than we all originally thought it would, he refused to take any more money. Therefore, my Mam and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Michael as a plumber and giving him 5-stars for his 5-star service!"
