"I had asked muhammed to fit a different thermostat for me. He fitted it incorrectly, the heating would tun off when you would turn the thermostat on, and the heating would turn on when you turned the thermostat off. Long story short he attended the propert five times in total and charged me an extra £40 for him not knowing how to do it correctly. I sent him the guidance leaflet from the box on social media after his fourth visit and he came back and fixed it correctly. I was so confused why he didnt just read the instructions and why I was getting charged for his incompetence in doing the work. (Let's forget about my heating bill over the week where it kept staying on for long periods of time because of muhammed) After this i had asked muhammed to do the following.... Mohammed attended the property to close up the front door and back door with a white strip. I had paid him the full amount upfront. As I was still getting work done inside I asked muhammed to only do the outside. He offered to come back again and finish of the job once all paint and plastering was done inside. This would mean he would need to seal two doors inside. Over social media a few days later I had asked him for a quote to do some work around the house. He had priced it up for me and gave me a quote. Unfortunately the prices were not very competitive and I decided to use another tradesman. Soon after muhammed had realised this and got upset I had used another tradesman. He then made it clear to me he would only come back for finishing the job over social media. I had not liked his response as I had done nothing wrong to muhammed but simply ask him for a quote. So I decided it was best I use another tradesman for finishing off the job. I contacted muhammed and told him to give me a refund for half the job as it was only half complete. Muhammed had said he would not be giving me a refund and is charging me for his time and blocked me and has ran of with my money and only half the job done. I am just worried about how many people he does this with for his own financial gain. Not reliable! Please avoid using and save your money by using someone else."

Unlike many other plumbers I have tried in the past, Mohammed was quick, responsive, friendly and very approachable. Despite it being the the Christmas holidays he was honest with his availability and constraints due to inability to get parts. He always kept me informed of the plans and clearly communicated all the options available for the work I required. He explained in detail the actions he was undertaking and why. Mohamed takes great pride in his workmanship, quality of service and completes work to a very high standard of safety and cleanliness.
