"After a number of months of chasing Dave to visit a site to provide a quotation, I did finally meet him on site. He was a nice gentleman, helpful and knowledgeable. Despite taking an offcut for comparison purposes and promising a quotation, he has failed to do so, despite my chasing. I wish tradesmen such as Dave would just say ‘sorry, not a job for me’ rather than wasting everyone’s time. I’m disappointed!"
