MSJ Plumbing & Drainage Ltd

"Absolutely horrific experience. The engineer came to do a gas and safety check on my heating system in late December. I moved into the property late January and since living here the heating was working fine. But suddenly it started to play up. I called the company and the lady was just arguing with me saying this is now a new issue and I will have to pay for another contractor to come out. The initial contractor was unavailable. The job is under warranty but she refused to hear anything I said. Her attitude was a terrible. She was rude and when I eventually put the phone down she kept calling back and arguing with me. This happened around 5 times where she repeatedly called me back to argue her point. I then had to ignore her calls. I made it clear to her that the service was appalling and that I will go to another company. But she just kept calling. Very unprofessional."

"I had a leak coming through my kitchen ceiling and was really stressed as no one else was available to help. The MSJ engineer arrived in less than an hour, found the source of the leak within minutes (it was under my toilet), and fixed it super fast! He was extremely polite, professional, and even cleaned up the area afterwards. I’m so happy and relieved — MSJ literally saved my kitchen ceiling. Highly recommend their service to anyone who needs quick and reliable help"
