"Moved into a new flat and for the short notice given , amazing on the day service, very thorough cleaning. Stains that I thought couldn’t be removed were removed, all for a very fair price. Will be using again and would recommend."
"Really disappointed by the experience had. Cleaners were booked to turn up at 08:00 because we were selling our house and needed the photos to be taken. Nobody turned up until 09:45. Paid for the patio to be cleaned by the cleaners who were completely unequipped to take care of this. On the day of photos, the patio was still a mess and only two weeks later has the work now been taken care of after they hired an independent pressure washer close to my home. After the work was now finished three weeks after the date of the job, the company tried to send me an invoice for £89 more then the agreed price because they had to pay for a pressure washer to take care of the outstanding work. Staff were very friendly but this experience has been really poor and I would not recommend booking with this company in the future."
