"Unfortunately the service wasn't great after what was a positive start. I was called stating that the length of material l required they didn't have but would l accept a longer length.... l agreed ........ great! They didn't deliver on the day requested and didn't deliver the following day. I then phoned only to be told that they didn't have the alternative length ? Its coming from another site... fine but when we're you going to contact me?? They apologised and agreed l should have been informed, I was promised a call on the Monday to give an update... alas no call and the material l ordered was a week late..... not a great customer service 😕 and this is the second time my delivery has been late however it was only one day late last time ...."
