"Neil was amazing he came out and looked at our dodgy old boiler the same day I phoned. He was then able to advise me about the age of our boiler and the faults. After discussion with my partner we decided on a new boiler. The following week he installed a brand new boiler for us, he was super efficient and tidy. I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted properly. He explained everything clearly. He even came back to make sure the Hive was installed on my phone and working. They will now service this boiler each year for a fraction of the cost which Scottish Gas were charging for their yearly plan. The new boiler was also supplied with a 10 year warranty.
