Customer Reviews
"I would strongly advise avoiding this company. My toilet broke and I was charged £99 + VAT for an investigation fee, despite no repair work being carried out. I was offered two options: £595 + VAT to replace the syphon or £895 + VAT to replace the cistern. The prices seemed extremely excessive as my toilet was easily accessible. Despite paying the investigation fee, the company refused to tell me which replacement part was required. I eventually found the correct part online myself, called another plumber and had it supplied and fitted for £100. In my experience, these prices were completely unreasonable. I would absolutely not recommend this company."
"I used Near Me Plumbers to fix a small leak in my bathroom. Mario quickly identified the issue and then let me know what would have to be fixed (also really friendly and professional). I found Near me Plumbers to have excellent communication, and they were very honest. Very quick as well as messaged at 20.45 on a Tuesday, and they were already here to look into the issue around 12pm on the Wednesday. Great service, thanks!"
"We used near me plumbers to carry out pump replacements in our plant room. Great communication with the office staff and engineers that attended. Tony & Alex were extremely knowledgeable and very professional As a business owner we always look for great companies with good systems, processes’s and service. They have delivered on all fronts. We will definitely be using them again moving forward with any plumbing works required!"
"Called these guys when our 20-year-old boiler finally gave up. They got us booked in the next day which was a lifesaver with small kids in the house. Really nice and friendly team, explained everything clearly, and the price was very reasonable. New Vaillant fitted, all tested, and left the place tidy. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for local plumbers who actually turn up and do a proper job"
"I called near me plumbers to service my hot tub as it hasn’t been used for years. Tony & Lewis were very friendly, clean and knowledgeable. Highly recommended great service"
