"I have recently had a new bathroom fitted by contractors Ni-Pi on behalf of LCC via Neil Doyle, Dave Webster, Malcom Baucher. I would like to make you aware of the workmanship, professionalism, friendly and courteous men that carried out this work. They have been outstanding and are a credit to the company. All work carried out by all trades including removal of old furnishing have all been completed with less disruption and excellent results. "We had NiPi fit a new boiler and upgrade our existing system with new radiators and a bit of redesigning, also fitting a smart thermostat. The price was competitive, they turned up on time, the work was completed much quicker than I expected. The work was very tidy and minimal disturbance to the wallpaper etc. All in all I highly recommend NiPi"

"We had a radiator replaced. Had to change dates. We found service flexible, and the fitter was professional done a good job, the old radiator was removed as agreed. The system was flushed with a rust inhibitor added this was advised. The work was done cleanly and left tidy. Overall we were very happy and would recommend."

"Very underwhelmed - The lady at the office was friendly enough. However the fitter who came out to advise etc didn’t do anything. I’m not an expert in heating systems so I stated what I thought the problem was (the system appeared to need flushing) and the fitter just went along with it. I’d assumed he’d turn our heating on and at least try to identify the issue for himself... Just paid the £54 invoice for the call out charge. Never again. We ended up flushing the central heating system ourselves. Job done."
