"Tim and Lizzie surveyed a rural property , including an old mill building, for us in North Wales and did a first rate job. Thorough, detailed and all encompassed in a 70 page report containing lots of relevant photos inc drone photos of the roof. The report also contained explanations, guidance, recommendations and very helpful links. I’ve phoned Tim a couple of times since and he is always helpful and happy to answer any additional questions that crop up. This was followed by a second follow up call once we’d received the report, and further advice when we conducted an investigation of something flagged in the report. As other reviewers have noted, the quality of Tim and Lizzie’s reports is outstanding. We feel we have a manual that we can return to for years to come that will help us look after our home. A final point to note is that despite the impressive historic properties on the NPA website, we never once felt that the small workers’ cottage we are hoping to buy would not have received the same degree of rigour as a more opulent home.
