"Used this company to have our CCTV survey done on our rental flats. Daniel came out and reviewed and quoted the job. This company was the 3rd we had quoted, and for what they offered against the other 2, the price was well worth it. After I accepted the quote, they came within the same week, on time and preformed the survey. The survey was done to a higher standard than the company prior, providing a very detailed report to which I felt was exceptional, especially as it was being submitted to the insurance company which helped lower the annual premium. Would recommend and use again."

"BEWARE!!! I called Dan from No. 1 Drain Co to come out as we had a blockage from our sink to our drainage outside. One of Dan's guys came out when my wife was home and put a camera down to inspect. He did not show my wife the problem but told us we wold need to replace defected and damage piping which we were told was causing the blockage. He quoted £1700 for the work (including the £230 for the camera that took 10 minutes to do). He wanted to schedule for the two days time. When I asked for a quotation from Dan, he provided one but with no costings. I went back and asked for the costings. He quoted £110 per hour for the labor costs. We declined the work as it seemed excessively expensive for the 10 hours of work quoted. We had another expert out who upon inspection could see that the ACTUAL PROBLEM was that the drain was blocked and needed to be pressure washed to remove the blockage. This was done successfully and the whole job cost us £200 to fix. The gentleman that sorted our problem also checked our drainage and said it was in excellent condition and actually, if it was removed and replaced it would be hard to do such a good job. Needless to say we were very cross to find the deception on Dan's part and that he was trying to get us to pay £1700 for a £200 job. I told Dan that the job was actually only a £200 job and that his consultant was blatantly wrong. I asked him to refund us for the camera costs as the information provided was incorrect and we were unable to see the footage but Dan has never responded. I would avoid at all costs. NB. I did call the number provided below but got an answer phone and nobody has reached out to me despite me trying on a couple of occasions."
