"Had front composit door and side door fitted and side window so happy with them,workmanship was excellent can't fault anything to be honest,had work done years ago by ok windows also,was very impressed even then,could not reccomend you enough thank you."

"AVOID COWBOYS!! I got windows and doors fitted by this company, house was left like a building site, bottles lying about and rubble everywhere. My front door was heavily marked and when I got another window fitter out to check the front door he pointed out it was only double glazed, it was a composite door which clearly states in brochure triple glazed which I had ordered. Asked for a replacement door which was refused, they then sent various people out to scrub my door but to no success, most of the windows were badly scratched to which they said you could of done this yourself and they were not even fitted properly they had not been foamed or clipped resulting in cracks around the windows as the windows moved, Lisa Duffy the manager was unprofessional and refused to make any amendments, strongly advise you to avoid this company at all costs and get a reputable window fitter."

"Just had our home fitted out with a new composite door to the front, pvc door to the back and new windows throughout. OK windows were very competitively priced, great quality of products installed. Workmanship was great, the guys were friendly, professional and respectful. Highly recommend. Will be using for our other renovation projects!"

"Door took 10 weeks from I ordered it until it was fitted, that was fine, I was told anywhere between 7weeks and 10 weeks. 2 months later, I noticed it wasn't fitted properly, the door is very drafty and is not water tight. Needless to say, I reported the problem on 05.05.2021, they said it was to do with the fitters themselves and they would contact them. I have rang almost every week now for an update on when someone will be out to fix this. It is now 28.06.21, no date on anyone coming out. The staff are getting no replies from the fitters or even their maintenance guy. Last week I was told there is a 4 week waiting list, I told them I had already been waiting longer than that and still nothing from them. A lot of phone calls and no one is able to tell me anything."
