"We recently hired Organic Gardening Services for garden maintenance. Some of the work was completed well and met our expectations. However, from our perspective, a fair portion of the work was left unfinished. When we raised this and asked whether the remaining work could be completed, the responses we received became increasingly difficult to manage. Attempts to discuss adjustments were unproductive, and the situation became stressful. In the end, we paid close to the full quoted price just to conclude the matter, which was disappointing given that the work had not been completed, and the budget we had set aside for this job had already been used, leaving us unable to engage another gardener to finish the work. We had hoped to find a gardener we could continue using long term, but unfortunately, this experience did not give us confidence to do that. Based on our experience, we would not choose to use this service again. If you do decide to use this trader, we would strongly recommend confirming the exact scope of work and pricing in writing beforehand and avoiding allowing arrangements to be handled solely through phone conversations. Instead, ensure that key details are confirmed in writing so that there is a clear record of what has been agreed."
