Original Style | Head Office and Tile Factory

"The tiles themselves are excellent Sadly, the service let it all down. I paid on 27 May. EU shipments are only processed once a week (Thursdays), but they couldn't recognise my payment, so my order slipped to the next week. Then it was delayed again — this time blamed on staff shortages and "food poisoning." I was finally told it wouldn't ship until 12 June. That's nearly 16 days from payment to dispatch, and the parcel still hadn't left the warehouse. When I asked whether anything could be done to speed things up, the answer was a flat "no" — no apology, no alternative, nothing. In an age of global supply chains and modern e-commerce, waiting 16 days just to send a parcel is, in my view, a logistics and customer-care failure. The product is genuinely good, but the buying experience doesn't match it. Despite liking the tiles, I'll be looking elsewhere in future."

"A fantastic team of people who are doing an amazing job producing a very wide range of British made tiles."

"Bought these tiles through MGA tiles in Chingford, London for my porch walls. I used Edwardian Green for the skirting and half tiles. For contrast I used your Belle Epoque border, with Albert and Omega mouldings. Had to wait for the Edwardian Green tiles, but once they were ordered they arrived quickly and within 2 days, my husband had tiled the walls. We're so pleased with them. They look great and look as they were part of the original porch. My husband said that they were great to work with too. The Belle Epoque tiles were a bit pricey, but definitely worth it."

"Amazing Tiles. So good we used them twice - buying tiles for the bathroom too. Fantastic range of colours and design which we could not find anywhere else. Great quality (the tiler loved them!). Thanks again Original Tiles for efficient delivery. Well done."

"We've been fitting Original Style tiles for over 10 years. We use them in installations and restorations. Mostly we utilise the tiles from their Victorian geometric and Artworks range although we have used the Odyssey range too. The quality is excellent, they seal well and for restorations are indistinguishable from the 100 year old originals. We love the new colour range and shapes which take the heritage aspects of our work to a new level. And of course, the measurements are true to the Imperial originals. They cut beautifully, giving clean lines and finishes. The customer service is outstanding. Want a delivery tomorrow on an express/overnight? Not a problem. The online planning tool is outstanding new innovation and very customer focussed, helping to drive our business too. We're long term fans."
