"We wanted quite a lot done to our outside spaces. New paths and patios, different levels, new lawns and beds, drainage work. We also wanted a retaining wall, with fencing on top, to be built on a steep bank to help level the garden and make it safer. The most technically challenging part of the project. We had visits and quotes from four different Landscapers. All, on paper - in reviews etc, looked good. However, only one stood out when it came to a solution for the retaining structure and that was Chris Edwards of Overland LC Ltd. This work in particular needed to be done really well and with expertise. Chris has a lot of knowledge and experience and he was able to suggest various design ideas and materials, with the pros and cons of each. We had no hesitation in asking him to carry out the specified work. Chris’s team are excellent. Very hard working, enthusiastic. They were all easy to talk to and clear about how the job was to be done. It was evident that a lot of effort was being put in to ensure each part of the job was as good as it could be. Very tidy on site, the work schedule was well planned and efficient. Chris used high grade materials throughout. We feel that we’ve had a top quality job done by experts and with really good value for money. We are so pleased with the final results. "Chris as his team have completed 3 very large landscaping jobs for us and we can’t recommend him enough. GARDEN LANDSCAPING Firstly, Chris landscaped our entire back garden, moving some 250 tonnes of earth and creating a 2 tiered garden with railway sleepers creating the edge and retaining wall. Chris and the guys did an amazing job. LANDSCAPING AND NEW DRIVEWAY I need to start by saying that Chris and his team won the prestigious Marshalls Driveway of the Year award 🥇 for our driveway after they completely landscaped our 1/4 acre front garden and laid the most beautiful granite block driveway (metro line granite blocks from Marshalls). People stop and look at our drive and comment on how good it looks. TREE STUMP REMOVAL AND FENCE BUILD Chris and his guys had to dig out several large tree roots left by our neighbour and causing boundary issues. These were removed using a digger, enabling a new retaining wall to be installed, with a 40 meter fence. Top job 👍"
