"We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our kitchen. Owen came out to assess the job and a date was organised. On the agreed date Owen brought John along to do the work. It involved removing the lead pipe which connected the bath waste pipe to the outside cast iron downpipe and replacing it. This meant removing external brickwork to get access to the pipe. John was very pleasant and he kept us informed of progress throughout the day. After removing the lead pipe and connecting the new pipe, he tested the works then replaced the external brickwork with the bricks he had removed. He did an excellent job. He was assisted by Ryan and after the works were completed they swept up any debris and hosed down the area. You would not have known any work had been carried out. We are very pleased with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them. We will certainly use them again in future. Thank you."
