He came exactly when he said he would, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, professionally, quietly, and with no fuss at all. Everything was draped and protected as he said it would be, He organised the moving of the heavy furniture, and he cleaned and tidied everything before he left. The restoration work he did in the sitting room was beautifully done and it is impossible to see that there was a problem in that area now. He is a real craftsman and we would be more than happy to use his services again"
