"Andy is probably the only plumber I have met who turns up when he says he will and does a great job at the right price. I phoned Andy on a Friday morning to say I was being discharged from Hospital with an amputated leg in a wheelchair for the first time and was extremely nervous about how I would get to the bathroom on my own. I was only allowed to be safely discharged if I had suitable grab bars fitted in my downstairs bathroom at home. I think he sensed how desperate I was after a month in Hospital to get Home and he came round on Saturday morning and spent 2 hours patiently helping me position the bars in exactly the right places to allow me to independently go to the bathroom. This immediately gave me a huge boost as it allowed me to be immediately independent which I really needed. Andy – you are a legend !!
