Pavestone Driveways Ltd

"After posting the job on Chekatrade for quotes on a tarmac driveway, removing a front wall, garden, bushes and slabbed drive, David from Pavestone driveways was in touch with me by WhatsApp soon after. Within three days he had visited our property while I was out, measuring up the job and quoting by WhatsApp. His quote was very competitive and having had a look at their website and seeing the quality of their work, we decided to book with them. David came out on Saturday lunch time to explain the job to me and said they could start first thing Tuesday morning. He said that weather permitting they would be done by end of Friday. As stated the guys turned up on Tuesday at 8am to get started, and got to work clearing the old garden, wall and slabs. As I was leaving for work at 1pm, David explained there was a problem with roots from an oak tree on the pavement coming through the garden and drive. He explained that over time this would damage the tarmac and under their warranty it wouldn't be covered. He advised that if we went for block paving and the roots caused a problem in the future this would be covered and they would come out and repair the drive. With the issue being visibly obvious, it was a simple decision to go for block paving. From there, the materials were ordered quick arriving the next morning along with the hardcore base and this was layed on the Wednesday. The following day the guys arrived at 7.15 am to start work. By 1.30pm all the blocks had been layed and the drainage fitted and the fellas were brushing the sand over the driveway. Start to finish in just under three days albeit the weather being dry and sunny helped them. To say we are extremely pleased with the finished driveway would be an understatement and I've attached photos of the start and finished area showing the difference its made to our home. Aside from that, everyone we dealt with starting with David and every one of the guys at our house were cheerful, pleasant, respectful and friendly. A credit to David and Pavestone."

"Super recommendable, in less than 3 days the drive was done! Tidy and quick, they removed everything that was there before and created a beautiful drive!"

"Dave and his team were extremely polite and kind. Nothing was too much trouble when I changed my mind with design. Couple of occassions had to call to see where they were as there had been no call. However, Dave always answered and put my mind at ease. Very quick workers and left property clean and tidy. Very pleased with overall design and job. Thanks 😁👌"

"Recently got our drive done we got 4 quotes in and Paveway was the second best price. Decided to go with them as anytime I got in touch with Dave he was very responsive, he seemed interested and visited us a couple of times to confirm what we wanted and to make sure we were happy! Very glad we chose them as from start to finish they never let us down turned up everyday by 7:30, always responded to any requests, workmen respectful and polite, every night they tidied up after themselves. Only took under 4 days to transform. Would definitely recommend as from my experience cheapest isn’t always best as the cheaper quote we had that company never responded when they said they would. So for us Paveway was the best choice!"

"Excellent work, neatly completed whilst working through very hot days! David was brilliant from start to finish working with us to get the perfect garden with a driveway. Him and his team organised everything very well with no disruption caused to us. A pleasant and hard working team leaving everything clean with a perfect finish. He also returned a few weeks later to work with our shutter company to adjust the paving bricks to suit the shutter. Thank you so much!"
