"What an amazing fella! Within 24 hours of contacting Peter, he'd driven almost 20 miles to repair our 19-year-old Siemens washing machine, whose spin cycle had, quite literally, ground to a halt. It was a three-hour job to complete, much of the time spent on working out how to remove the appliance from the tiniest of gaps "left" by kitchen installers who, perhaps, had spent their previous working lives as surgeons carrying out keyhole operations. Yes, the available space really was that tight, but Peter managed to overcome that obstacle followed by difficulty removing the washer's rear panel, where a wayward screw was seemingly determined to remain in place. It was then "simply" a matter of unbolting the motor and replacing the worn-out brushes before struggling to reunite the appliance with its far-too-tiny gap beneath the worktop. Fitted kitchens, eh! Perfect when everything's working correctly, but not on occasions such as this. The (frustrating) job complete, Peter refused to accept any more money than his initially-quoted charge, making it clear that a fixed-price fee meant precisely that no matter how long it took to overcome any unforeseen difficulties. Not only is he a man of his word, but his prices and workmanship are beyond reproach. Good-old-fashioned service is evidently still alive and well IF you look in the right place. Five stars all round, I think, but don't spread the word too much. I might need him again in a hurry...!"

"Enquired about our integrated oven cutting the electrics on the Thursday and he arrived on the Saturday and had repaired it within 20 minutes including fitting new parts and testing it. Very happy with the service thank you!"
