"I contacted this company to have a look at +/- fix a leaking garage ceiling, where the source of the leak was unclear. Peter and another individual were able to quickly identify a potential source for the leak and sorted it in a timely manner. My only criticism would be timings in terms of visiting the property were rather vague. Otherwise, the roofers at this company were polite, honest and professional."

"I have to say I was disappointed given the number of good reviews I had seen. I had a leak which was causing damage to the inside of the house where I had to strip the boards and put a bucket underneath which was being filled roughly every 2 days (to give an idea of the scale of the leak). Day 1 I called and left a message on the answerphone and nobody returned my call, Day 2 I called again and this time left a message with someone for a call back later that day again nobody returned my call. Day 3 sent an email and had a reply saying that they would be able to take a look at the job, to which I responded by return and asked for a visit for what would be Day 4 or 5. I didn't get a response to that email until Day 9 which said they'd cone at the end of the week. Day 14 came around water still leaking into the house, and I had a phone call to say they were on their way round to look at the leak. When Peter and his roofer arrived they were on time and polite. Showed them the damage being caused and also the suspect area on the roof. We discussed 2 options for the repair, agreed on the suggestion of re roofing the entire section of roof. I was told I would have a quote emailed over to me that evening and all I had back was an email "Hi thanks for asking us to look at this work but we wont be able to do this sorry peter" That was the entire contents, no explanation as to why or what had changed since the site visit 8 hours earlier, no suggestion of an alternative course of action. In the end the leak was repaired and it turned out to be an incorrectly installed rooflight flashing which was identified with a water test, repaired and retested to confirm the work was correct. The work and a couple of tiles replaced in less than 2 hours including clearing the rubbish and having a coffee. So by Day 18 the house was watertight again for me to repair the damage and after a few months of terrible rain and wind it was not appeared again. Luckily, I didn't have the whole roof replaced!"

"We had a small, but complex, leak in an external chimney breast roof which suddenly revealed itself as damp patches in our lounge. We contacted Peter Nicholas at 8.15 am; his son visited a couple of hours later. A quote was then given by phone and, to our surprise, two team members arrived to do the job just an hour later. Incentivised, no doubt, by the pouring rain, the actual work, including a roof gutter clearance, was speedily finished. Perhaps we should also inform the Guinness Book of Records! The leak has stopped and the lounge wall is drying out. We received a first class service by a really nice, professional team. We heartedly recommend this firm."
