"I don't often leave reviews, but Phillip has done such an amazing job, I feel compelled to write one. This is the second time I've needed a survey, and, given how much the first one missed, I was very worried about both receiving a low quality one and not being able to gather the significance of some of the findings. I sent several emails ahead of the survey to ensure specific areas of concerns would be covered and that I would be able to talk directly to the surveyor to ask questions for clarity later. I need not worry about either of those things. My survey was 80ish pages long with few pictures and VERY detailed explanations of every finding.
