Plaster Restorations (u.k.) Ltd

"I had the pleasure of meeting Julian after he agreed to make missing price of cornice for me. I have been renovating my 1800's house, we took down a wall to create a large kitchen, dining area but with it down came some cornicing. The builders kept saying I wouldn't notice the gap once we painted and decorated but it looked so wrong to me. I found the Plaster Restorers online and got in touch with Julian. He responded very speedily and, after sending him pictures of the missing cornice he agreed to do the job! He arrived to measure and take a profile drawing of the cornice, within a few days he was back and replaced the missing piece. It looks absolutely amazing...like it has always been there. Julian is a wizard! Thank you so much."

"I would highly recommend Plaster Restorations: Julian restored major cracks in my ceilings and holes in my walls to a high standard of plastering, having had repairs and alterations done to my central heating system. He also turned up promptly and provided more than adequate cover sheets, true professional."

"Excellent work, had some cracks in my downstairs ceiling and a hole in my wall from a previous plumber. Plaster Restorations did an excellent job, thank you."

"Couldn't recommend Julian enough, very professional and made the process so easy through out!"

"I would not recommend Plaster restorations Ltd. Julian is a one man band and sub lets the work to be done by contractors, despite promising us that he would be doing all the work required. He comes across as a friendly, trustworthy man, but we were deceived by his lies. We paid a considerable amount of money for a monocouche render to the house, more than other rivals as he led us to believe & promised that the work completed would be far better than other traders. Since the work was completed July 21, cracks have appeared, air holes have appeared and some mesh is visible(not enough top coat render). Julians excuse is 'I didn't do it, I no longer use that contractor', but unfortunately that doesn't help me. He also admitted after the job competion, he'd never done a monocouche render before and left it to the experience of the contractor, this is not what he told us on initial survey. Don't be disappointed and search for a reputable company with good ,honest reviews."
