"Do Not Use Polwork UK! Do yourself a favour and use another, more honest and skilled firm. I regret using these guys as they have cost me time, money and have been less than easy to deal with. I wish I had done more checks on them before hiring them. They may seem to offer a good quote but the cost and time to repair work that they have done may outweigh any potential saving you might make. While some work was ok, other work was less than satisfactory or safe and chasing them to provide vital paperwork was tiring. I also had to take them to court to recover money and this, to date, has only been partly repaid with a good amount still owed - they have stopped responding and do not seem willing to repay what the court says they owe and the case was a while ago. Save yourself time, money and mental anguish - use anyone else."
