"Turned up early for gas safe inspection of boiler and appliances. Did not remove cover of boiler (to see the obvious leak which we have subsequently discovered), did not check casement of boiler (which we now know is falling apart). Did not check exhaust from boiler. Did not run all appliances at the same time to check flow rate was sufficient for our needs. Charged £80. Boiler failed the next day (and several times since). Contacted again and was basically disinterested and condescending. Subsequent boiler check with someone else much more thorough. Will avoid in future, and I suggest you do too!"
